Does we get fresh cake?

We only can enjoy the taste of the cake when it’s fresh, while placing an order you will get an option of a select time slot on the product page each time slot has four hours of variations, between this variation we get sufficient time to make a fresh cake. We always delivered fresh cakes to the customer our priority is customer satisfaction. 

How can I trust the quality of Cake delivered by Creamys?

We procure the cakes from the best bakeries available in town, the selection process of any bakery tie-up with us we go through their rating performance, etc. We assure our customers we always delivered the best qualities cakes.

Are there any extra charges for delivery?

We do not charge any extra amount from the customers for standard delivery time slots. You will get an option for time slot selection on the product page.

Does Creamys provide midnight delivery? any extra charges for it?

Yes, we do provide midnight delivery. The midnight delivery time slot is from 11 PM to 11:59 PM. We always try our best to deliver your order close to 11:59 PM, we suggest for midnight delivery, place an order well on time. Midnight delivery charges Rs. 250/-

If the recipient is not available when the delivery person reaches? will you provide a re-attempt?  

We don’t deliver again, however, we always inform to recipient or sender to know if we can deliver their order to any neighbor. otherwise, it will lead to the cancellation of the order. Kindly note no amount shall be refunded from our end because Cakes, Flowers, Chocolate, etc. are perishable products.

Are there any hidden charges like taxes?

There are no hidden charges when you order from Creamys. The prices listed on the website for all the products are final prices & all-inclusive. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the locations and other parameters. 

Do you provide same-day delivery?

Yes, we do provide same-day delivery it’s always suggested place an order well on time to avoid any kinds of delay in delivery. The later you place an order there will be fewer chances to find an available time slot for delivery.
