Shipping Policy

1.  Delivery of the same product may not be possible always as per location, But the customer has a right to get a 100% refund as a coupon means we provide a coupon of the full amount to the customer.

2. reserved all rights to accept the order or refuse the order at any point of time after receiving the order and in all such cases we will refund the 100% amount to the customer(Bank account/wallet/coupon), However, We all try to accept all the order.

3. In all delivery attempted cases, Where the recipient is not available at the given location or refuses to take the product. We are not responsible for refunding the amount. Since we deal with perishable products, Hence in such cases the order will be marked as delivered.

4. Octroi charges if any, will be paid by the customer, If it is applicable in the recipient location.

5. We have the right to delay your order due to natural calamity.

6.The ordered items shall be delivered on the selected date and within the designated time slot as chosen by the customer.

7. In the event that the ordered items are not delivered within the chosen time slot or on the selected date, the maximum Service Level Agreement (SLA) for delivery resolution is set at 5 days from the originally specified delivery date.
